USAVinyls decals are made with high quality 6 year outdoor water resistant vinyl and professionally designed and processed. There is NO background color on the decal. Background color shown in the listing is for display purposes only. Light color, primarily white, work best on car windows. A contrasting color work best on paint. Pricing listed represents the cost of one (1) decal.  

Our vinyl decals are removable, but NOT reusable.
