Decal is made of vinyl designed for outdoor use and warranted for 6 years. There is NO background on the decal. Decal shown is in black vinyl. Colors available, which are typically in stock are listed under variations. Other colors can be ordered and may result in an additional charge and will cause a shipping delay. I typically send my orders out within one to two days unless there is a delay caused by waiting for vinyl delivery.
