Decal is made of Oracal 651 vinyl. There is no background color on the decal. Decal shown in black and red vinyl. Instructions included, Can be placed on walls, windows, laptops, helmets, cars, trucks, mailboxes and more. When choosing a color, that color will pertain to the portion of the decal that is shown as black. The mouth will remain red.
