Decal is made of Oracal 651 vinyl. There is no background color on the decal. Decal shown in black vinyl. Colors available, which are typically in stock, are white (most visible on car windows), black, red, green, blue, yellow, pink, purple and gold. Other colors can be ordered and may result in an additional charge and will cause a shipping delay. I typically send my orders out within one to two days unless there is a delay caused by waiting for vinyl delivery. Instructions included, Can be placed on walls, windows, laptops, helmets, cars, trucks, mailboxes and more.
